Rebecca was born and raised in Long Beach, Ca. She moved to Bakersfield in 1995. She started her insurance career in June 2007 as a personal lines agent. Transferred to Omni Safe Insurance in April 2016.  Rebecca believes deeply that insurance is about relationships. She enjoys getting to know her customers and better understanding their needs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, reading and traveling to the beach.
